
Lori L. Colasanti started The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. as a nonprofit organization and part of the Conshohocken Enterprise Zone Program in 1989. She developed the company into a for-profit staffing firm specializing in direct hire, temp-to-hire and temporary placements of candidates in the administrative support, customer support and accounting fields. The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. was named one of the 100 the fastest-growing private-held companies in the Philadelphia area in 2001. Lori is a graduate of Temple University with a bachelor's degree in communications.

Melody Milkovits is currently working as a recruiter for The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. She started with The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. in 1992 as a part-time administrative assistant and has worked in a variety of capacities for the company over the past 18 years. She was instrumental in assisting in the growth of The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. from a non-profit to a for-profit staffing firm. She is a graduate of Kutztown University with a bachelor's degree in social work and spent her earlier career in the social services arena.

Currently, Judi is working as a consultant with The Job Exchange Associates, Inc. specializing in resume writing and cover letter preparation for job seekers. Judi re-joined The Job Exchange in September 2006, as a research assistant. She was responsible for maintaining and updating candidate and employer information in our database. She previously worked as recruiter for The Job Exchange in 2000 and 2001 focusing on administrative and customer service openings. Before joining The Job Exchange, she was the employment manager for one of the area's top direct marketing advertising agencies from 1995 - 2000. She was responsible for recruiting for the entire company from administrative support through director level positions. Judi is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
